Concept Development
Apollo had already developed its Endoscopic HeliX Tacking System - X-Tack™ allowing for suture-based, deep submucosal and intramuscular enhanced fixation through a standard gastroscope or colonoscope when it approached Marble to assist in developing concepts for storage and reloading of up to 4 additional HeliX Anchors at the Endoscope handle. The objective was to develop a simple and seamless process for attachment and deployment of additional HeliX anchors through the working channel.
Rapid Prototyping
The ability to rapidly build and evaluate concepts is key to successful cutting edge iterative product development With a comprehensive range of in-house prototyping capabilities Marble was able to prototype and test numerous concepts , constantly improving and moving the design forward. Lead concepts were then selected and prototyped as 'Looks Like, Works' Like devices for testing with physicians
Functional Packaging Concepts & Prototypes
Marble used its understanding of the X-Tack system to develop functional packaging concepts to enable safe secure transport and shipment. Marble used its in-house prototyping resources to rapidly iterate prototypes concepts for evaluation and testing with physicians
