A device for delivery of fertility treatment to mice and rodents

Marble assisted biomedical start-up Ostara develop a single-use cartridge and re-usable applicator device for delivering fertility medication to mice in a simple effective procedure.

Turnkey Develpment of a Lab Based device

Marble undertook a full product development from initial concept generation through to low volume production for in-lab trials. We developed a unique single-use, foil sealed COC cartridge with a re-usable applicator. Both cartridge and applicator were taken to prototype tooling stage with development of a system for induction sealing the foil to the cartridge and material testing and selection for the cartridge and foil. Marble produced full colour branded primary packaging and IFU for the device to enable formative User-Studies and In-lab trials.
