Packaging Design Concept Generation
Accessible solutions for pharma packaging are an age old problem (no pun intended) and for those with age related physical or cognitive decline, the problems multiply. If you then factor in condition related problems such as fatigue, loss of sensitivity and neurological impairment, problems compound further still. Marble's challenge was to explore packaging solutions, from bottles to push-out packaging, that addressed the problems of accessibility whilst balancing the needs for safety (child proof), sustainability and the demands of high volume manufacture. We worked with our client team to design, prototype and test a broad range of concepts. Delivering renderings and working prototypes of selected solutions across a range of formats
Prototyping & Testing
Practical testing and rapid concept iteration is a vital part of product and packaging development. Being able to do that quickly and effectively using our in-house prototyping resources is a key part of our service offering.

To enable evaluation of ideas we recruited local user test panels, composed of randomised groups but including participants with specific target conditions and impairments
